Flippable Egg and Chick / Bunny - Free Pattern

Image
This little softie is a fun, reversible toy that can switch between being a chick and an egg. It's simpler than you'd think to make it, and this toy is always a hit with kids. I've also included the pattern for a bunny version, as well! This pattern looks great in chunky or chenille yarn, as well! For another delightful spring animal, try my sheep pattern here  and my bun bunny pattern here ! Sheep - Free Pattern

Image
Soft, fluffy sheep are just the best, so make one of your own! They’re still adorable when they’re all smooth and shaved, too. This pattern might be a little tricky for beginners since you have to work with fluffy yarn and it can be hard to see the stitches, and there's some surface crochet bobble stitches, as well. I promise the payoff is worth it, though! You'll get a squishy and cute stuffed animal by the end. If you want more sheepy goodness, check out my sheep family bundle ! If you want more farm fun, try my free chicken pattern , or my free goat pattern ! Sheep Free Amigurumi Pattern Materials Yarn (I used Loops & Threads Soft Classic Solid yarn for the face (weight 4), and Bernat Blanket yarn for the wool (weight 6)) Crochet hook (I used a 4.5mm hook) Safety eyes Tapestry needle Stuffing Stitch marker Scissors   Abbreviations (US terms) ch - chain sc - single crochet inc - increase dec - decrease hdc - half double crochet dc - double crochet tc - triple crochet ss -...

Goat - Free Pattern

Image
Goats are always my favourite part of visiting a farm, so I decided to make one of my own! They’re so silly and social! I love watching them play and frolic. There's only a little bit of sewing involved in making this plushie, since the feet are worked as part of the body. You might need to play around with the positioning of the feet to get it just right for where you put the face. This is an alternate version of my  free puppy amigurumi pattern , so check that out if you enjoyed this pattern! I also have a free mountain goat pattern here , if you want more goaty goodness! Goat Free Amigurumi Pattern Materials Yarn (I used Loops & Threads Soft Classic Solid yarn) Crochet hook (I used a 4.5mm hook) Safety eyes Tapestry needle Stuffing Stitch marker Scissors   Abbreviations (US terms) ch - chain sc - single crochet inc - increase dec - decrease hdc - half double crochet dc - double crochet tc - triple crochet ss - slip stitch FLO - front loops only BLO - back loops o...

Duck - Free Pattern

Image
While ducks come in all shapes and sizes, the mallard is easily the most recognizable. They're common, friendly, and cute! Their little legs when they swim are the cutest part to me. You can switch out the colours to make almost any duck you’d like! Check out some of your native ducks, and you might be surprised by how many colours and patterns they come in! Goose - Free Pattern

Image
This silly little goose has long legs for added cuteness! If you weigh down his bum, he'll sit politely on shelves or tables with his legs dangling over the edge. Switch out the white and yellow for pink and black and you could have yourself a flamingo, too! Looking to make a larger version? Check out my other goose and flamingo pattern here !
