Axolotl - Free Pattern

Image
Axolotls are so cute, so it only makes sense that they're popular right now. Since they're endangered and difficult to keep, it's illegal or impractical to keep them in a lot of places, so we'll have to make do with a crochet plushie version! There's lots of different morphs out there for inspiration, or you can go nuts with whatever colour you want! Also try out my  free capybara version  of this cute, round toy! An axolotl is also included in my salamander, newt, and lizard pattern pack on Etsy. Goat - Free Pattern

Image
Goats are always my favourite part of visiting a farm, so I decided to make one of my own! They’re so silly and social! I love watching them play and frolic. There's only a little bit of sewing involved in making this plushie, since the feet are worked as part of the body. You might need to play around with the positioning of the feet to get it just right for where you put the face. This is an alternate version of my  free puppy amigurumi pattern , so check that out if you enjoyed this pattern! I also have a free mountain goat pattern here , if you want more goaty goodness! Valentine's Day Bunny - Free Pattern

Image
For Valentine's Day, I decided to make an alternate pattern for my free bunny bun amigurumi pattern with a pink heart on it! The pattern is simple and easy, like the regular bunny bun, as well! Play around with the face position to have the heart over the face, side, or bum of the plushie if you'd like. You can make two stuffed animals to have as a pair for Valentine's Day, too! Valentine's Day Bunny Free Amigurumi Pattern Materials Yarn (I used Loops & Threads Soft Classic Solid yarn) Crochet hook (I used a 3.5mm hook) Safety eyes Tapestry needle Stuffing Stitch marker Scissors   Abbreviations (US terms) ch - chain sc - single crochet inc - increase dec - decrease hdc - half double crochet dc - double crochet tc - triple crochet ss - slip stitch FLO - front loops only BLO - back loops only mc - magic circle (...) - repeat the part in parenthesis specified number of time (#) - number of stitches after finishing the round   Finished Size About 3 inches tall, includi...

[Little Bippy Series] Bun Bunny - Free Pattern

Image
This little bunny pattern can be altered to have any markings you'd like, but I decided to write it down with a basic white nose and forehead, like a Dutch rabbit. Those big ears, tiny pink nose, and little round tail are just the cutest! The small, round, mochi-like shape of this plushie is one of its charms. Also check out my  Valentine's Day heart version here ! [Little Bippy Series] Leggy Jellyfish - Free Pattern

Image
Every time I see a jellyfish, I think about how cute they'd be sitting on a shelf with their tentacles hanging off like little legs, so I decided to make my dream a reality! This pattern has no colour changes, and only uses basic stitches, so it shouldn't be too big of a challenge for someone relatively new to amigurumi. Also see my collection of fruit themed jellyfish! [Little Bippy Series] Orca Bippy Bun - Free Crochet Pattern

Image
Orcas are some of the most beloved ocean animals out there. This tiny killer whale fits perfectly in the palm of your hand! It works up fast, and is simple enough for even beginner crocheters to give a try. Did you know there's a few different types of orca that have different diets and act differently? If you live by the sea, look up what kind you have in your local waters! Looking for more? Check out my dolphin pattern here ! If you'd like a no sew version, check out my no sew aquatic animals here!  I also have a free narwhal pattern here , if you want a different kind of whale!
