Koi Mermaid - Free Amigurumi Pattern

What's prettier than a regular mermaid? A koi mermaid, of course! Koi fish are beautiful to watch, so I wanted to make a calico koi fish themed mermaid with orange and black spots. This plush toy has one large black and orange spot on the tail, and tricolour hair.

Attaching Parts

Sew the hair to the top of the head, around round 4 of the head. Make sure the short hairs make the bangs in front of the face. I recommend pinning it in place while you sew so that it doesn't move around.

Sew the opening of the head to the opening of the body. Make sure the face is pointing toward the front of the fins.

Sew the arms to the space between the top of the shirt and the bottom of the head.
